DANICA WHO?
What has she done lately? Just one blast and then poof, gone.

APPLES AND ORANGES?
What surprises me is not that Enders Racing may have been pressured into turning down the deal, but that Kenny Bernstein has an energy drink major sponsor. What's the deal there?

GOOD CHOICE!
Great publication. We've been in the sport just a few years. My wife is still learning a lot about driving, but I made a good choice opting for crew chief duties as my allowed budget now meets or exceeds my means! Keep up the great work!

FORCE AND FORD
Hope is on the horizon with Force testing a Ford Fuel engine. When was the last time we saw a real Ford-powered Ford? Hmmmm makes you think don't it? They don't look (like)
Fords, so maybe they just need the name Ford rocker covers to be a Ford.?? As a Ford fan from way back to see this once famous manufacturer drift away in our sport is a sad thing. Let's see what comes from this Ford-powered Toyotas, Ford-powered Chevs. The world turns in circles after all.

ARMSTRONG IN CHAINS?
Amen on the Dale Armstrong blurb. But I doubt if he would want to come back. Remember, when he was in his prime it was because there were no rules outlawing imaginations and innovations. Coming back now would be like wearing handcuffs for him.
Drag racing needs more like him, but we won't get 'em because the powers-that-be won't allow it.
Thanks.

SHOW US THE MONEY
Just like always, NHRA says what they want people to believe rather than go by the facts. Their arrogance is at an all-time high.
Compton should be congratulated for the contracts with POWERade and ESPN, which has brought more money to NHRA, but tell me if the payouts from NHRA to the sportsman racer have escalated since the 1980's. I do know that the entry fees have gone up five-fold since then.
If NHRA could do a national event and put it on TV with only Top Fuel and Fuel Funny Car, the rest of us would be racing at IHRA tracks because unlike IHRA, NHRA doesn't give a s@%* about its sportsman racers.
