AMS Pro Mod hitter Tim Tindle (left)  and tuner Chuck Ford came to Phoenix to get ready for the 2007 NHRA Pro Mod season and had a little trouble getting down the track. "Too much power," said Tindle and Ford.

 

 

Larry Dixon (below)made several very representative laps with their SkyTel top fueler.

 

Among the many Alky Floppers that were testing at Phoenix was this zoot Ford Mustang.

 

Dean “guitar”  Skuza (above and right) made a return to the Fuel Coupe ranks as the test driver for the Mike Ashley car. He drove the car  like he had never been out of the seat.

 

Whit Bazemore made a flawless transition to the “Kings of the Sport” getting his license at the Phoenix session running some low 4.50s at speeds approaching 330 mph.
