Detroit Top Alcohol Funny Car driver Brian Olatunji has been selected as a finalist to co-host the television show LIVE! with Kelly. After a nationwide search 25 finalists were chosen and fan votes will help decide the winner.
Olatunji has been racing for 15 years in NHRA classes ranging from Super Gas to TAFC. This year he will move to the Pro Mod ranks with Harold Martin Motorsports.
Fans can vote for Olatunji by going to www.cohostsearch.com and leaving a comment that says “Brian Olatunji”. You can also vote through Twitter by mentioning “Brian Olatunji” and using the hash tag #CohostSearch.

The fourth annual Eric Medlen Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by Morgan Lucas Racing and benefitting Peyton Manning Children's Hospital is looking for players and sponsors for its August 30 event at Eagle Creek Golf Club.
The tournament is seeking individual players, foursomes and sponsors. Donations are $125 per player and sponsorships ranging from $250 to $3,500 are available. Drivers who have played in the tournament in the past include Brandon Bernstein, Shawn Langdon, Jeff Arend and Melanie Troxel.
"We'll have a longest drive deal and closest to the pin contest," Lucas said. "After we get done golfing, we'll have some good food, awards and the crazy live auction for some great memorabilia and other items and experiences. It's always a blast."

Canada Day weekend at Toronto Motorsports Park (TMP) was the site for points races number three and four in the DSE Sportsman Racing Series.
Neither Modified nor Super Pro will have a singular points leader going into the next event on July 28 and 29 at TMP, as both classes have a shared position at the top of the ladder. Kevin Pascoe and Craig Wilson share the number one spot in Modified Eliminator, while Andrew Stirk, Claude Losier, and Bob Jennings sit tied for the number one position in Super Pro.
